I start every project with a few research on the related area to understand market trends in the same field. Then I spent a little time on the sketch to put all the content together. Then I design a mockup with photoshop. Generally, I share mockups with the client, and once I get the green signal, then I start development. After development, I start testing the project on different devices. And once all good, I deliver the final quality project.
In case if you are ordering for coding only, then I need a layered PSD mockup.
In case you are ordering design + coding, then I need your exact content, which is going in an email template.
In both cases (coding and design + coding), I need your branding guidelines and website URL for branding purposes. Any graphics if you want in the template. Your high-resolution logo. If you don't have branding guidelines, then please share the website URL.

According to standard practice, we must be upload on your email marketing platform. I will not recommend to upload it on my server because I don't want to keep any dependency on me. In case if you don't have an option, then I will upload it on my server.
